By Car:

Take Route 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive). Take Storrow Drive to the Downtown Exit. Bear to the left across Beacon Street to Arlington Street. The Public Garden will be on the left. At the corner of The Public Garden, turn left onto Boylston Street. You will see The Colonial Theatre located 1/2 a block up across from the Boston Common. At the light, continue straight and then make a left unto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be located on your left at 539 Washington Street.

From 93 South take Exit 20B-A towards I-90 W/Massachusetts Turnpike/South Station. Merge onto Purchase Street and continue on Surface Road. Take a right onto Kneeland Street then take a right onto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be on your left (Just before Felt - Billiard Lounge).

Take Route 93 North to Exit 20. Follow signs towards Downtown/ South Station and at the 1st traffic light turn left onto Kneeland Street. Continue on Kneeland Street to the 7th light and turn right onto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be on your left at 539 Washington Street.

Take the Mass Pike East (Rt. 90) towards I-93 North to Exit number 24A. At the 1st traffic light turn left onto Kneeland Street. At the 5th traffic light turn right onto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be on your left at 539 Washington Street.

Take Exit 26 where the Arthur Fiedler Bridge is and take a short left. Take a right onto Arlington St and stay on Arlington St. and go through 3 lights to Boylston St. Take a left and get in the right lane where you will pass the Four Seasons Hotel. Go through 1 more set of lights crossing over Charles Street. Go past the Colonial Theatre and the intersection of Tremont and Boylston. Take a left onto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be on your left at 539 Washington Street.

Public Transportation:

Take the Red Line to the Park Street Station. Exit station and cross Tremont Street. Walk straight down Winter Street and turn right onto Washington Street. Continue on Washington Street for a few blocks, The Boston Opera House will be on the right.

Take the Green Line to Boylston Street. Exit station and cross Tremont Street. Turn left on Tremont Street and just after the Loews Boston Common movie theatre, turn right on Avery Street. Continue for one block and take a left onto Washington Street. The Boston Opera House will be on your left at 539 Washington Street.

Take the Orange Line to Chinatown. If you are coming from the North, turn left, if you are coming from the South, turn right out of the station onto Washington Street and continue for two blocks. The Boston Opera House will be on your left at 539 Washington Street.

Take either the MBTA Orange Line (heading towards Forrest Hills) or the MBTA Green Line (B, C, D, or E train heading Inbound) and follow directions from Orange or Green Line Above.

Take the MBTA Red Line (heading towards Alewife) to either Downtown Crossing station or Park Street station. Exit station and cross Tremont Street. Walk straight down Winter Street and turn right onto Washington Street. Continue down Washington Street for a few blocks, The Boston Opera House will be on your right.
