In Person:

  • The Boston Opera House Box Office provides a direct and consumer-friendly service that allows our customers to select their seats and purchase their tickets at face value plus a modest restoration fee per ticket, but without service charges or delivery fees. The savings and confidence associated with an in-person purchase at our box office can make the trip very worthwhile. While you’re in the neighborhood, check out the many dining and parking options available to you and your companions when you attend your favorite shows.

    Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm

    Performance Weeks
    Monday – Friday: 10am until 30 minutes after curtain
    Saturday – Sunday: Opens two hours prior to matinee and closes 30 minutes after curtain
    Please Note: Advance ticket sales will end 30 minutes prior to all curtain times

  • The Boston Ballet Box Office operates year-round at their 19 Clarendon Street headquarters in Boston’s South End.  Boston Ballet sells tickets at the Boston Opera House box office on Boston Ballet show days only.
